Job summary

AC3 invites a ServiceNow Developer to join our Auckland-based team. You will work on building and delivering ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with architects, engineers, business analysts and testers on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and DevSecOps projects.

You’ll engage with customers in technical discussions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to end-to-end implementations. Flexible hybrid work, training and certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM).
• Proven ability to build and implement solutions end-to-end.
• Confidence to handle technical questions and problem-solve in real time.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly.
• Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, CSA, CIS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow.
• Build and deliver ServiceNow solutions yourself, working closely with the ServiceNow Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts and Testers.
• Work across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, etc.
• Work on integrations via REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic.
• Troubleshoot issues without needing escalation or hand-holding.
• Engage directly with customers in technical discussions and solution design.
