Job summary

Jora New Zealand seeks an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join our Christchurch office. You will manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain client solutions while ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include facilitating client workshops, documenting configurations, and advising on upgrades and maintenance. Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a consulting role focusing on ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and certifications.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
• CIS certification in core modules is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and sprint delivery.

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join our team in our Christchurch office. As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end to end ServiceNow projects to meet the needs of our clients, while ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality solutions are delivered. You will work closely with the Clients to gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow application.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, SecOps and GRC.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to gather business requirements, understand their needs, and translate those requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, integrations, and system processes.
• Provide expert advice to clients on best practices for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Act as Scrum Master for the ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Track and report on the progress of sprints, ensuring that deliverables are achieved and client expectations are met.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a consulting role, with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any of the core modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and sprint-based project delivery.
