AC3, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, seeks an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, script and deliver real solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and DevSecOps. You’ll join a hands-on team that collaborates with architects, engineers, analysts and testers on active projects.

Competenze

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM).
• Solid scripting capability across JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash, etc.
• Proven ability to build and implement solutions end-to-end.

Mansioni

• Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow.
• Build and deliver ServiceNow solutions yourself, working closely with the ServiceNow Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts and Testers.
• Work across different modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, etc.
• Write real code and automation (JavaScript + scripting is core to the role).
• Work on integrations via REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic.
• Troubleshoot issues without needing escalation or hand-holding.
• Engage directly with customers in technical discussions and solution design.
