AC3 is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our NZ team. You’ll develop and deliver real ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and DevSecOps on active projects for private and government clients.

You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and testers, taking ownership from day one. We offer a supportive culture, hands-on learning, and certifications paid for, with flexible hybrid work from the Auckland CBD.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM).
• Proven ability to build and implement solutions end-to-end.
• Confidence to handle technical questions and problem-solve in real time.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly.
• Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, CSA, CIS, etc.

Aufgaben

• Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow.
• Build and deliver ServiceNow solutions yourself, working closely with Architects, Engineers, BAs and Testers.
• Work across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, etc.
• Work on integrations via REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic.
• Troubleshoot issues without escalation or hand-holding.
• Engage directly with customers in technical discussions and solution design.
