Job summary

Agricentre South Ltd in Milton, Otago is seeking a qualified mechanic to diagnose, repair and maintain agricultural machinery to manufacturer standards. You will work both in the workshop and with customers in the field, communicating with the Service Manager and following Health & Safety policies.

You will participate in on-site training, mentoring apprentices where needed, and stay up to date with new tools and equipment, in a supportive, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Qualified mechanic – ideally diesel, but other relevant experience considered.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
• Friendly, professional approach with customers and team members.
• Confident problem-solver who gets the job done.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Strong focus on Health & Safety.
