Hirepool is seeking a Service Person to join our Grey Lynn branch, helping keep our equipment fit for hire and delivering reliable customer service.

You’ll learn to service a wide range of hire plant, gain endorsements and licences, and build hands-on knowledge across tools and machinery. This is a hands-on role with training and growth opportunities.

This role involves assisting customers, yard work and answering phones, with on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Full Class 1 Driver Licence is required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills are expected.
• Willingness to work on a rostered basis.

Responsabilidades

• Service a wide variety of hire plant to ensure equipment is fit for hire.
• Assist customers and provide great customer service.
• Keep the yard clean and organised and answer phones as needed.
• Support team with day-to-day tasks in a busy branch.

We are looking for someone to join our branch in Grey Lynn. Someone who enjoys working with tools and machinery and has a keen interest in developing that knowledge into a career.

As a Service Person, you'll be helping to ensure our equipment is fit for hire (a really important part of what we do!). You'll also get to develop your existing skills and build up your knowledge on our wide range of hire equipment.

There's always a lot going on in the branch so you need to be prepared to help out your team with whatever gets the job done; helping customers, cleaning the yard or answering phones.

What you'll learn:
