Lead the day-to-day service and workshop operation
Drive workshop productivity, WIP control and labour sales
Improve customer communication and overall service experience
Set, manage and achieve departmental budgets and targets
Ensure manufacturer standards and processes are consistently followed
Work closely with the front-line team to improve bookings, workflow and vehicle delivery
Develop team capability and maintain clear accountability
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and profitability
We're looking for an experienced automotive aftersales professional who can lead from the front and make things happen.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry
Strong understanding of workshop operations, technician productivity, and workflow
A hands-on approach and the confidence to work alongside your team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to bring structure and follow-through
Excellent communication skills with both customers and staff
Franchise dealership experience, with manufacturer experience an advantage
Key leadership position within an established national automotive group
