Qualifications

• You’ll ideally have a Plumbing, Gasfitting and/or Drainlaying qualification, or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A willingness to learn estimating and pricing processes.
• A full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence.
• The legal right to live and work permanently in New Zealand.

About the Role

As our Service Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotations for domestic, maintenance, and light commercial plumbing, gasfitting, and drainlaying work. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, and managers to understand project requirements, develop practical solutions, and help convert opportunities into successful jobs.

You’ll play an important role in building strong customer relationships while ensuring quotations are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time.

What You'll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of plumbing materials and industry terminology.
