About

We are looking for a Service Delivery Lead to coordinate day-to-day IT services, keep stakeholders informed, and help the team meet its service commitments.

This position would suit an intermediate-level candidate with 5-7 years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a service delivery coordination role, who is ready to step into a role with strong vendor and SLA ownership.

This is a hands-on step-up role (not a senior management position).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily IT service operations and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
• Track performance against SLAs and escalated risks when needed.
• Coordinate IT equipment purchases with vendors and internal teams, ensuring requirements and timelines are met.
• Work with technical teams to resolve problems and maintain service quality.
• Keep stakeholders informed through clear, timely updates.
• Use ITIL practices to support consistent service delivery.

About you

• Around 5 year's experience in IT, including a couple of years in service delivery or coordination.
• Confident working in an SLA-driven environment and comfortable managing follow-ups and escalations.
• Strong vendor management/supplier coordination experience (holding external parties accountable to outcomes and timelines).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft environments (on-prem + cloud) so you can coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to work with both technical teams and business vendors.
