New World Lincoln is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Service Deli Manager to lead the deli team, oversee stock, food preparation, and customer service. This hands-on role focuses on running a high-performing department and delivering a fantastic shopping experience daily.

You will supervise and train staff, manage rostering, ensure food safety, and maintain standards in presentation and quality while fostering a positive team culture.

• Previous leadership experience in a deli or fresh foods.
• Strong knowledge of deli products and food preparation.
• Organised, efficient, and confident in a busy setting.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day running of the Deli Department.

• Train and motivate staff to deliver teamwork and service.

• Rostering and scheduling staff to meet business needs.

• Build strong connections with customers by providing outstanding service.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll work alongside the Deli team to keep the department running smoothly, making sure our customers receive quality products and a fantastic shopping experience every time.

You’ll be involved in all areas of the deli, from supervising and supporting the team to managing stock, food preparation, and customer service. This is a role where your leadership will help shape a positive, supportive, and high‑performing team environment.

This is a full‑time role, days and hours to be discussed in interview, it will involve early mornings and 1 weekend day.
