New World Lincoln is looking for a motivated Chilled, Frozen and Liquor Manager to join our team. This hands-on role combines buying, stock management, supplier relationships and promotional execution, with a big focus on sales, gross profit and product availability.

You’ll work with the wider Dry Goods team, while also spending time on the shop floor to keep the department running at a high standard in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant supermarket or FMCG experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent stock control and inventory management.
• Strong commercial awareness focused on sales, GP and product availability.

Responsabilités

• Manage ordering, stock levels and product availability across Chilled, Frozen and Liquor.
• Drive sales and gross profit performance through strong stock management and promotional execution.
• Lead and contribute to the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the Chilled, Frozen and Liquor departments.
• Build strong supplier relationships and follow up on orders, pricing and stock issues.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, displays and in-store activity.
• Drive category reviews, relays and new line implementation.
• Work alongside the floor operations manager and wider team on the shop floor to maintain high standards of presentation, stock availability, whilst delivering department goals and a great shopping experience.

New World Lincoln is looking for a motivated and organised Chilled, Frozen and Liquor Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role combining a strong focus on buying, stock management, supplier relationships and promotional execution, with a big focus on sales, gross profit and product availability.

You’ll work in conjunction with the wider Dry Goods team, while also spending time on the shop floor working alongside the team to keep the department running at a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the commercial side of retail and being actively involved in the day-to-day operation of a fast -paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
