Unknown Company in Auckland seeks an organised Service Coordinator to join our team. You will be the vital link between clients and on-the-road technicians and Account Managers, using SimPRO to manage scheduling, dispatching and job workflows.

You will handle service requests, provide updates, generate quotes, order parts, and assist with billing documentation. The role suits someone with HVAC/trade experience, calm leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Direct experience using SimPRO for scheduling or job management is highly preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or fast-paced trade/construction environments is advantageous.
• Exceptional phone manner and written communication with clients and trades.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities and high-volume administration calmly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist technicians using SimPRO for reactive, maintenance and quoted jobs.
• Act as first point of contact for service requests, emergency calls, and provide clients with updates.
• Generate monthly client reports for specific sites.
• Create, track, and close out work orders, ensuring logs, materials, and certificates are recorded.
• Generate small quotes as required.
• Order parts and coordinate with suppliers.
• Review completed jobs in SimPRO and prepare documentation for Account Managers for billing.

We are seeking an organised, proactive Service Coordinator to join our busy team. You will be the vital link between our clients and our on-the-road technicians and Key Account Managers. Using SimPRO, you will manage daily scheduling, dispatching, and job workflows to keep our operations running like clockwork.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist our technicians using SimPRO for reactive, maintenance and quoted jobs
• Act as the first point of contact for service requests, emergency calls, and provide clients with accurate updates
• Generate monthly client reports for specific sites
• Create, track, and close out work orders, ensuring technician logs, materials, and compliance certificates are correctly recorded
• Generate small quotes as required
• Order parts and components required for specific jobs and coordinate with suppliers
• Review completed jobs in SimPRO and prepare documentation for the Account Managers to ensure seamless billing

About you

• Direct experience using SimPRO software for scheduling or job management is highly preferred
• Previous experience working within HVAC, refrigeration, or a fast-paced trade/construction environment is a major advantage
• Exceptional phone manner and written communication skills with a knack for keeping clients and tradies aligned
• Ability to handle shifting priorities, urgent breakdown calls, and high-volume administration with a calm, organized approach
