CablePrice NZ Ltd. is seeking an Equipment Service Advisor for our Taupō Branch. You will deliver end-to-end service solutions for maintenance work, ensuring customers have a positive experience and maximum value. You will keep customers informed through every stage of the service process.

Key attributes include excellent customer service, strong organisation and planning, and the ability to engage across the business while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Equipment Service Advisor in our Taupō Branch. This role is integral to the success of CablePrice and we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and develop in their next role.

Your focus will be to provide a complete solution for the delivery of maintenance of service work to equipment customers, ensuring their experience is positive and value is maximised. You will provide relevant, accurate, and timely information through each stage of the service process, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

Other responsibilities include:

• Working on after sales profitability using professional sales techniques
• Working closely with the workshop to maximise utilisation of resources
• Managing the work in progress (WIP) in partnership with the workshop
• Liaising with customers professionally both in person and by phone and keeping them informed of progress with any jobs
• Proactive service scheduling
