The Opportunity:

Our Taupŋ Branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Equipment Technician/ Diesel Mechanic to join our dedicated team. This position is perfect for a self-motivated doer with a background in mechanical trades, preferably someone who has experience with construction and/or Forestry equipment. We are looking for someone that we can invest in and support your professional development. In addition, you will be joining a driven, professional business of like-minded people with future opportunities across NZ.

If you have the following in your toolbox, we would love to hear from you:

• NZQA Level 4 qualification Heavy Plant and Equipment, or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical capability and technical skills, including diagnosing faults and servicing heavy equipment.
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes.
• Confident computer literacy and a committed, customer-focused mindset ensuring the CablePrice "first choice" customer vision is upheld.
