Job summary

Continental Cars Porsche, a proud Porsche dealership in Newmarket, Auckland, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. You will be the key link between customers and workshop, handling service enquiries and coordinating bookings from intake to handover.

The ideal candidate has experience in automotive or luxury service, excellent communication and time management, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or customer service; luxury brand experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• High computer literacy and confidence across multiple systems.
• Proactive, positive attitude and strong customer focus.
