Job summary

PwC NZ is seeking a Workday and analytics specialist to strengthen the People & Culture operations. You will administer Workday, govern data, and build insights for decision-making across NZ.

You’ll design Power BI dashboards, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with Payroll, Technology and global teams. The role emphasizes security, automation, and practical guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems desirable; HR experience required.
• At least 5 years HR experience, including 2 years in systems analysis.
• Strong Workday knowledge; report building and data analysis.
• High proficiency in Power BI and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NZ requirements with global Workday team.
• Administer Workday processes, security, roles and permissions.
• Maintain accuracy of employee data through dashboards and audits.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards translating business questions.
• Identify system improvements including automation and self-service capability.
