Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator in Auckland to join our team. You will pick, pack, receipt stock, dispatch orders, and move pallets in a fast-paced retail warehouse

You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with training on warehouse tech and systems. We value initiative, good communication, safety, and teamwork. MHE experience helps but is not essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, flexible and punctual.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Experience with warehouse technology is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Sorting, receipting, and putting stock away.
• Wrapping pallets and preparing freight for dispatch.
• Dispatching customer and store orders.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely.
• Operating warehouse systems and handheld tech as needed.
• Performing basic admin and inventory tasks.
• Supporting multiple areas as needed.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and safety.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Assisting with stock investigations and accuracy checks.
• Heavy lifting up to 100+ kg with two-person lift when required.
