Job summary

SkyCity, Auckland’s premier entertainment destination, invites a Senior Waiter to deliver exceptional fine-dining experiences at The Grill. You will guide guests through menus and wine selections, ensure flawless presentation, and mentor the service team.

You will coordinate order flow with kitchen and bar, uphold strict quality standards, and support operational tasks to maintain high-end restaurant performance. A focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a la carte restaurant.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Confidence in recommending beverages and pairings.

• You will have at least2 years' experiencein a similar al a carte restaurant
• You will have extensive beverage knowledge and be confident recommending accordingly
• Your passion for providing exceptional service will be evident in everything you do
• You will be well presented and a confident communicator
