Job summary

SkyCity is seeking a part-time Night Auditor/Receptionist for The Grand by SkyCity in Auckland. You will assist guests with overnight requests, balance accounts from the day shift, and support the Night Manager. The role runs 23:00–07:30, about 16 hours weekly.

Responsibilities include night task checklists, guest check-ins, and reporting. A NZ driver’s licence is required and OPERA PMS experience is highly favorable. Medical insurance and staff perks apply.

Our front office team are an award winning, professional, hard working team who love to make guests' stay a memorable one. The Night Auditor/Receptionist is responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and supporting the Night Manager to balance accounts from the day shift. Also checking in guests arriving at night and handle guest requests. We have a part time position available working between 23:00- 7:30, approximately 16 hours per week.

The Auditor/Receptionist will also complete a checklist of night tasks that prepare the front office team for the next day and support the Night Manager to reconcile accounts, process invoices and prepare reports.

If you are looking for a role where you can show off your customer service skills and enjoy working nights this could be the role for you.

• You will be available to work between23:00- 7:30
• You will have experience in night shifts and have a preference for it!
• You will need a full clean NZ drivers licence as you will also be valet parking our guests cars
• You'll have clear communication in person and via phone/email and additional languages spoken is advantageous (but not required)
• Experience using OPERA Hotel Property Management Solutions very favourable
