RealNZ is looking for a Chef de Partie (BBQ) in Queenstown to lead the BBQ/grill station and help drive our high standards of culinary excellence. You will work with a skilled team to deliver mouth-watering dishes while upholding food safety and quality across the kitchen.

You should have at least 3 years in a commercial kitchen, including 1 year BBQ experience, and strong teamwork and leadership skills. This role offers exposure to iconic adventures and a chance to grow with RealNZ's culinary

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Manage stock, handle food supplies, and maintain optimum storage conditions.
• Follow and enforce all food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support menu development and execution with ideas for improvement.
• Train and mentor other kitchen staff as needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking charge of the BBQ/grill station, preparing and serving high-quality grilled meats and other dishes.
• Assisting the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Managing stock, handling food supplies, and maintaining optimum storage conditions.
• Following and enforcing all food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Supporting menu development and execution, contributing ideas for improvement.
• Training and mentoring other kitchen staff as needed.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, including at least 1 year grill/BBQ expertise.
• Strong knowledge of food control plans (FCP) and safe food handling.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for quality, consistency, and delivering an outstanding culinary experience
