Job summary

Bank of New Zealand seeks an experienced Platform Engineer to build, operate and optimise Kubernetes platforms across AWS and Azure. You will drive automation, IaC, and GitOps, mentoring engineers and guiding platform standards.

You will work in a hybrid Wellington or Auckland role, contributing to reliability, security, and developer experience while influencing platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes administration and operations.

This role can be based in Wellington or Auckland. It is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.
