Job summary
DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Associate or Associate (Senior Solicitor) to join our Technology and Data team in Auckland. You’ll advise multinational companies and major New Zealand businesses on high-profile technology, sourcing, AI and digital transformation projects.
You’ll work on cutting edge technology transactions, helping clients structure and negotiate strategic deals across the full technology lifecycle, and collaborate with colleagues across our global network.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years PQE in technology or data practice.
- Strong ability to manage complex matters autonomously.
- Experience with private practice in technology/sourcing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise multinational and NZ businesses on technology and data projects.
- Structure and negotiate strategic tech deals across the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with colleagues across DLA Piper's global network.
