Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in corporate commercial environment.
• Experience in technology, privacy and data matters.
• Strong plain English drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise local, national and international clients on strategic technology and commercial contracting.
• Assist on privacy, data protection and cybersecurity matters for cross-border deals.
• Contribute to franchising, distribution and IP-related arrangements.
• Collaborate with recognised experts to deliver high-quality legal services.
