Job summary

You will elicit and validate business and technical requirements, collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders, and facilitate workshops to define needs and outcomes. The role supports ongoing improvements in analysis practices and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business analysis within technology, digital, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks, impacts, dependencies, and opportunities across people, processes and technology.
• Experience supporting solution design, process improvement, and business change.
• Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and interest in improving how analysis is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Delivering business analysis across digital and technology initiatives of varying size and complexity
• Eliciting, analysing, validating, and documenting business and technical requirements whilst ensuring quality, traceability and alignment of requirements
• Work with architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose solutions
• Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to define business needs, explore problems, and desired outcomes
• Supporting solution design through options analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility assessments
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems, processes, and customer experiences
• Supporting continuous improvement of analysis practices, standards, and ways of working.
