Job summary

Tribe Executive in Auckland is seeking a Senior Researcher to join our team, leading the research behind senior appointments with Executive Search Partners. You will build talent maps, map leadership structures and deliver precise longlists and candidate profiles while refining outreach with our partners.

You will apply AI-assisted sourcing and talent intelligence tools to improve workflows, and contribute to smarter research processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in executive search research or senior talent sourcing.
• Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and research platforms.
• A structured, detail-driven research method, and the analytical ability to read organisational structures and leadership talent markets.
• Strong written communication, including outreach that is relevant, engaging and true to the opportunity.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and technology, and how it can make research faster and sharper.

Responsibilities

• Lead research workstreams across executive search assignments, building search strategies that match each client brief and land on agreed milestones.
• Build detailed talent maps, analysing leadership structures and organisational hierarchies to sharpen targeting and bring real market insight to the table.
• Deliver accurate, well-targeted longlists and candidate profiles, and keep our ATS clean and current.
• Craft tailored outreach, approach candidates to test interest, and line up conversations with our Executive Search Partners.
• Put AI-assisted sourcing and talent intelligence platforms to work, and help the team adopt new tools and smarter research workflows.
