Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead structured discovery across complex cross-business problems and translate ambiguity into decision-ready insights, options and roadmaps. You will design future-state services and processes that operate effectively in real-world settings.

The role requires 7+ years in senior BA or related fields, strong stakeholder influence without authority, and hands-on discovery with BPMN/SIPOC/VSM tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior BA, service design, process design/improvement or similar.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (GM/C-level) without authority
• Strong discovery skills: workshops, problem framing, root cause analysis
• Experience with process/service tools (BPMN, SIPOC, VSM, blueprints, journeys)
• Consulting background or operations-to-tech pathway welcomed
