Tribe Group is partnering with EROAD to hire a People Partner/HRBP for a NZ-based, permanent role based in Albany, Auckland. You will drive HR initiatives across NZ, Australia and North America, shaping people strategy in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role requires 5+ years in HRBP, strong ER expertise, and a pragmatic, startup-inspired mindset. You’ll coach leaders, manage complex cases and champion intelligent use of AI in P&C practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP/People Partner experience.
• Strong ER capability in complex case environments.
• Experience in tech/SaaS or startup-style environments.
• Resilience with high ownership and multitasking.
• Completer-finisher mindset with commercial judgement.
• Interest in championing AI use in P&C.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders across New Zealand, Australia and North America
• Partner with Enterprise General Managers and support a portfolio of 300+ employees
• Work in a medium-volume ER environment with change and pace
• Build leadership capability through coaching and uplift with stakeholder management
• Champion and promote effective use of AI across the P&C space
