Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a significant AI & Advanced Analytics programme in Auckland. You will drive data-driven transformation across complex initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, data specialists and vendors to deliver outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.

This six-month initial contract offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days onsite in central Auckland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong data-driven transformation knowledge.
• Experience across data ingestion, integration and transformation.
• Understanding of data governance, security, lineage and stewardship.
• Experience with data warehouses and analytics environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Vendor and third-party delivery management experience.
• Solid project planning, risk, dependencies and governance.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, EDW, Power BI, WhereScape RED or Vertica.

You’ll be an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in data, technology or digital transformation.

You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to implementation


• Strong understanding of data-driven transformation and enterprise data environments


• Experience across data ingestion, integration and transformation


• Understanding of data governance, security, lineage and stewardship


• Experience working with data warehouses, enterprise data platforms or analytics environments


• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams


• Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners


• Strong capability across project planning, financials, risks, dependencies and governance


• The ability to navigate complex environments and keep delivery moving


• Experience with technologies such as Snowflake, EDW, Power BI, WhereScape RED or Vertica would be highly relevant, but we’re primarily interested in your ability to lead delivery within complex data environments.
