You will assess ongoing technology needs, prepare scoping, design, and project implementation documents, and assist in developing client SLAs. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with excellent staff benefits and a clear career

Qualifications

Proven experience in a service delivery or systems engineer role.
Extensive IT experience across Microsoft server, cloud, networking, and security.
Experience with desktop deployment and IT support processes.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve desktop and server infrastructure issues with a proactive approach.
Design and deliver complex infrastructure projects for clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through honesty and credibility.
Retain existing clients via proactive service, capacity, security monitoring and regular contact.
Provide up-to-date service knowledge to offer the best possible solutions.
