Fujifilm Business Innovation Corp. in New Zealand is seeking a Product Manager for CodeBlue to own the strategy, go-to-market, and commercial performance of key solution verticals, with initial focus on Infrastructure Services and Microsoft.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and marketing, turning technology into repeatable, profitable services and shaping investment roadmaps and customer value propositions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar in MSP/IT services.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing and ROI assessments.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle from market research to launch.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to translate tech capability into clear customer value propositions.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, IaaS, networking, Microsoft, and managed services.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or product management certification is advantageous.

• Own the go-to-market strategy for each solution vertical, aligning market and vendor direction with CodeBlue offers and delivery capability.
• Define portfolio priorities and maintain roadmaps guiding investment and leadership resourcing decisions.
• Own revenue and margin targets; identify market expansion opportunities and evaluate pricing, packaging, and commercial models.
• Manage the full product and service lifecycle from market insight through launch, adoption and retirement.
• Create repeatable sales plays and value propositions to support stronger sales execution.
• Collaborate with marketing to set direction for campaigns and customer collateral.
• Lead cross-functional solution teams across engineering, delivery, sales and marketing.
• Provide reporting on portfolio performance and growth opportunities to leadership.
