Placements24 is seeking a Senior Subsea Engineer for a fully remote role focused on design, procurement, installation, and operation of subsea production systems. You will lead and influence major offshore projects, collaborating with a global team to maximize recovery and ensure subsea integrity.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in subsea engineering, deepwater experience is advantageous, and strong skills in flow assurance, installation techniques, and project execution within Oil & Gas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• 8+ years of subsea engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• Deepwater project experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of subsea equipment, flow assurance, and installation techniques.
• Experience with remote-team collaboration and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and specification of subsea production systems.
• Develop and execute installation and commissioning plans.
• Analyze subsea equipment performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
• Mentor junior subsea engineers.
• Support tendering and technical bid evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Manage interfaces with topside facilities.
