Placements24 is seeking a Senior Subsea Engineer for a fully remote role with primary coordination from Queenstown. You will lead design, procurement, installation, and operation of subsea production systems and infrastructure, tackling flow assurance and technical challenges across offshore projects.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in subsea engineering, strong leadership, and a proven track record with API/ISO standards.
Qualificações
- Minimum 10 years in subsea engineering within Oil & Gas.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
- Experience with subsea equipment, field layouts, and flow assurance.
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate offshore activities.
Responsabilidades
- Lead design and engineering of subsea field developments (wellheads, trees, manifolds).
- Develop technical specifications and manage procurement.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of subsea systems.
- Conduct flow assurance studies from reservoir to processing.
- Perform integrity assessments and life extension reviews.
- Collaborate with project management, drilling, and surface facilities teams.
- Provide technical support and vendor/contractor oversight.
- Stay updated on subsea tech advancements and standards.
