Job summary

ACH Consulting Ltd, located in Auckland, seeks an intermediate to early senior Structural Engineer to join a technically focused team delivering smart structural solutions across a diverse project portfolio.

You will lead design efforts on residential, commercial and industrial schemes, engage with clients, and mentor junior engineers while upholding collaboration and integrity as core values of the practice.

Qualifications

• A degree-qualified Structural Engineer with (ideally) 4+ years' experience.
• Strong technical expertise in design.
• Proven experience leading projects independently and supporting the growth and development of juniors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine team player who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical outcomes on residential, commercial and industrial structural design projects.
• Collaborate with clients to build trusted, long-term partnerships and mentor teammates as needed.
• Maintain hands-on involvement with design work while fostering collaboration, integrity and technical excellence.
