Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in a range of buildings projects.
Chartered engineer status would be highly valued.
Ability to manage design and construction stages of a project.
Interest in growing into formal leadership roles within the buildings team.

Responsibilities

Act as a Project Engineer on projects of various sizes, supervising a small team of engineers and technicians.
Review deliverables produced by Engineers & Technicians at key stages through a project.
Demonstrate knowledge of concept design, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk and claim assessment.
