Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.
Provide technical direction across a broad range of structural design work.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across the Auckland market.
Contribute to repeat business, new opportunities, and growth of Holmes in Auckland.
Take ownership of project outcomes including quality, programme and commercial performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients and partners to solve challenging structural problems.
Mentor and develop engineers to grow the Auckland team.
