Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects from proposal through to completion
• Provide technical direction across a broad range of infrastructure design work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to repeat work and new opportunities
• Take ownership of project outcomes, including quality, programme, commercial performance and delivery
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to solve technically challenging problems
• Mentor and support developing engineers, sharing knowledge and helping build capability across the team
• Contribute to business development and help strengthen Holmes' presence in the Wellington market
