Job summary

Holmes Consulting in Auckland seeks an Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineer to contribute to a broad portfolio of civil infrastructure projects across New Zealand. You will be involved in technical design, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project success across local and national sites.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead design tasks, and collaborate with a high-performing team that values innovation, quality, and strong client relationships while working on diverse projects throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years’ experience.
• Strong experience across infrastructure design, including pipe networks and pump systems.
• NZ regulatory environment knowledge; Design and Construct Tender experience is advantageous.

• Lead technical design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships and project partnerships.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to improve skills and deliver excellence.
