We’re remote-first with work-from-home flexibility across Australia and New Zealand, small team ownership, and a MacBook Pro provided. You’ll join a high-performance team and help evolve our AI-enabled maintenance platform.

Qualifications

• Shipping real product and thinking about the people using it.
• Ability to work without a detailed spec while delivering value.
• Interest in building high-quality software with AI-enabled maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build core products and own features end to end: job flows, states, edge cases.
• Release daily and learn from real usage to adjust assumptions.
• Set patterns for the team: tooling, architecture, and ways of working.
