EverCommerce is seeking a Senior Engineer to join an agile team building SaaS software. You will deliver software updates, validate solutions, and promote standards while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a software engineering or equivalent role with experience in building SaaS software.
• Strong competency and experience with .NET and API Design.
• Previous experience in migration to .NET core.
• Ability to champion new technology adoption, design incremental, AI-assisted development approaches.
• Agile advocate with value in small iterations, reducing WIP and DevOps principles.
• Experience with IaaS platforms e.g. Azure/AWS.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical and delivery challenges with the team; plan and scope technical strategic work and software design.
• Leverage experience to validate solutions and deliver value to customers quickly.
• Promote and improve software standards across the team.
• Identify maintenance and technical debt and address in backlog.
• Work in an agile team to deliver changes prioritized by the product owner.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
