Oranga Tamariki – Ministry for Children is seeking a Senior Advisor Site Support on a fixed-term basis to 30 June 2027. The role is based anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand with the ability to work from an Oranga Tamariki regional office.

You will work within the Feedback and Complaints team, assess front-line site and residence complaints, provide quality responses with a resolution focus, and make recommendations aligned with our values and child-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with complaint and dispute resolution aligned to Feedback Principles and CCS Operating Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of child-centric approaches and relevant legislation.

Responsabilités

• Assess complaints received and support responses across front-line sites and residences.
• Investigate concerns to identify core issues and provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with Regional Leaders, Practitioners and Site Managers to improve practices.
