Placements24 is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee critical infrastructure projects around Queenstown. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires a strong track record in construction management, excellent leadership and communication, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules across multi-disciplinary teams. On-site work with travel to various project locations is expected.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for large-scale construction projects.
• Oversee and direct all on-site activities, including managing subcontractors, labor, and material procurement.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor performance and identify potential issues.

Requirements
