Qualifications

About the Role

You will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, and the coordination of various trades on-site, working closely with the project manager and contractors. This is a crucial role for ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of infrastructure projects in the region, requiring a strong practical understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to ensure work meets required standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor site safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency.

Requirements
