Job summary

Bluecurrent seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer in New Zealand to join the team and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust applications using Apex, LWC, Flows and APIs.

Lead with DevOps practices, contribute to platform architecture, and mentor peers while driving continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience with integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Knowledge of Salesforce SDLC, governor limits and trigger frameworks.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, SFDX, VS Code and deployment/release processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into outcomes.
• Ensure reliable application operation with effective testing and change management.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience and 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Strong experience with integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, DevOps practices, and modern Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Field Service
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce SDLC, Apex trigger frameworks, reusable business logic, and governor limits.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, SFDX, VS Code, and Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
