Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Salesforce engineer to solve complex technical challenges, build integrations, and shape platform architecture. This role is not a functional consultant or greenfield project, but a heavily customized environment requiring deep technical work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong Apex/LWC/Flow skills, and a solid grasp of SDLC and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise across Apex, LWC and Flow development skills
• Solid Salesforce platform capabilities
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Platform Events
• Experience with modern Salesforce capabilities such as Agentforce, Data Cloud and Field Service would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, SDLC and best practices
• Experience with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to mentor others and contribute to technical leadership

This is not a Functional Consultant role and it is not a greenfield implementation,this is a heavy customized environment requiring a Developer to work at a very technical detailed level!
