Job summary

Infosys in Auckland seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep telecom experience to define and lead enterprise-scale architecture for Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud. You will design scalable, integrated Salesforce solutions and mentor delivery teams across large programs.

The role requires extensive Salesforce expertise, strong governance capabilities, and hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, and order management within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in solution architecture focusing on Salesforce.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information technology.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Define scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions for telecom clients.
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical standards.
• Architect integrations with OSS, BSS, billing, ERP, and middleware platforms.
• Lead solution workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Mentor technical teams and oversee delivery quality.
• Support strategic roadmap planning and platform modernization initiatives.

We're looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong Telecommunications background and expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud. The role involves defining enterprise architecture, leading large-scale transformation programs, and delivering scalable solutions for telecom operators. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of product catalog management, CPQ, order management, quote-to-cash processes, integrations, and Salesforce Industries solutions.

Location: Auckland, NZ Flexible working arrangements (hybrid, reviewed case-by-case basis).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design for Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Define scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions for telecom clients.
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical standards.
• Architect integrations with OSS, BSS, billing, ERP, and middleware platforms.
• Lead solution workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Mentor technical teams and oversee delivery quality.
• Support strategic roadmap planning and platform modernization initiatives.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Over 15 years of experience IT & 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and implementations, specifically focusing on Salesforce and related technology platforms
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect

Preferred :

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud or Revenue Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, and Order Management.
• Experience with OmniStudio framework and Salesforce Industries solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations and API-led architectures.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) knowledge.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash and telecom business processes.
• Experience with MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations.
