Job summary

OSF Digital is seeking an exceptional senior Solution Architect to join our team in New Zealand, with preference for NZ-based candidates and consideration for Australia. You will lead architecture strategy, focusing on Salesforce and related integrations, while mentoring junior architects and collaborating with regional teams on complex digital projects.

This is a rare chance to gain a high profile position within the organisation and join a highly talented team engaging on complex enterprise level projects. Our preference is that you will be based in New Zealand but we will also consider Australia.

Requirements Key Responsibilities for this role

• Providing architecture strategy and design with a strong focus on Salesforce and its related integrations / technologies
• Project leadership and client relationship management at senior levels
• Mentor through knowledge sharing and coaching for junior architects and team members
• Be a Solution leader responsible for developing end-to-end innovative solutions for complex technical and digital requirements.
• Engage cross-functionally, own and be responsible for the solutioning, development and documentation of implementations
• Collaborate with regional/global peers and Portfolios, to deliver high quality solutions.

About You

• A genuine passion and knowledge to develop methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure high quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce consulting services.
• Ideally, it would beneficial (not essential) to have strong Public Sector, Sales/Service, Education or Health Cloud knowledge and capability
• Deep prior experience as a Senior Functional Consultant with the technical aptitude to architect and design highly complex solutions
• From eliciting requirements, through to solutions and training, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service
• A natural desire to learn, eagerness to extend your Salesforce prowess, taking opportunities to lead, coach, mentor and learn from others
• Keen to show initiative, ownership and autonomy, leading projects with ease and professionalism.
