Job summary
Jora New Zealand is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to lead the design, development and delivery of Salesforce solutions for diverse clients. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and best-practice input across multiple Salesforce products and integrations.
The role requires substantial hands-on Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and a track record in outsourced or consulting environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or related field.
- 10+ years IT experience with significant Salesforce hands-on expertise.
- Experience delivering solutions in outsourcing/consulting environments.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Architect).
- Knowledge of Salesforce tools and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions to maximise platform value.
- Provide expert consultation and technical guidance to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend Salesforce products, tools and integrations.
- Support pre-sales activities with technical input.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Salesforce practice.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Build strong client relationships.
