Job summary

Kiwibank in Wellington is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to lead analysis across discovery, design and delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to shape processes, define business needs and deliver connected solutions that enhance customer experiences, including guiding customer journeys from lead to lifecycle stages, supported by data insights and agile practices.

Qualifications

Experience leading business analysis across discovery, design and delivery.
Strong data modelling, mapping and data needs understanding.
Proficient in eliciting and documenting user stories with stakeholders.
Experience supporting testing and delivery in Agile environments.
Experience with Salesforce implementation and adoption.
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of banking domain is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis effort and collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs.
Shape future-state processes and deliver connected solutions for customer experiences.
Support customer journeys from early engagement through lifecycle milestones.
Facilitate workshops, work with engineers, and drive data-informed insights.
Leverage AI capabilities to engage customers at the right time and channel.
Contribute to agile squads and support testing and delivery.
