Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help shape data-driven product requirements and pricing capabilities across banking products. You will work across product, business and technology teams to translate needs into actionable specifications, support prioritisation, and deliver solutions that improve customer and business outcomes.

For this role we’re looking for a proactive Senior Business Analyst who thrives in product and transformation environments. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in a banking environment with exposure to banking products and customer journeys
• Strong capability in business process analysis, design and continuous improvement across our product teams, frontline and operational environments.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and communicating complex data.
• Demonstrated experience working in a product led environment with understanding of product lifecycle, value delivery and commercial drivers
• Proactive around understanding scope and driving a plan
• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, documentation and analytical problem-solving translating business needs into actionable outcomes
• Proven track record delivering within large scale transformation programmes in complex organisations
• Experienced in collaborating with CX and UX designers to deliver customer centred solutions across digital and assisted channels
• Proficient in translating enterprise and operational risk into clear business and technical requirements supporting compliant delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence across business, technology and product teams
