Job summary

HighFly Roofing Limited in Christchurch is seeking an experienced Senior Roofer to join the team. This hands-on role requires taking ownership of jobs, leading the crew, and delivering quality workmanship across residential, commercial and architectural roofing projects.

You will bring 5+ years' roofing experience, mastery of long-run metal roofing, a full NZ driver's licence, and a commitment to safety. Excellent communication with staff, builders and clients is essential, and working rights

• 5+ years' roofing experience.
• Competent with long-run metal roofing.
• Produces quality work without needing to be watched.
• Can think ahead and solve problems on site.
• Can organise themselves and others.
• Takes pride in leaving a job right.
• Communicates well with staff, builders and clients.
• Has a full NZ driver’s licence.
• Takes health and safety seriously.
• Must have working rights for New Zealand.
• LBP or relevant qualifications are an advantage.

• Residential re-roofs and new roofs.

• Running smaller jobs and organising the crew when required.

Highfly Roofing Limited – Christchurch, South Island

HighFly Roofing is looking for an experienced Senior Roofer to join the Christchurch team. This is not an office-based management role. The successful candidate will still put the tool belt on, but has the experience and confidence to take ownership of jobs and help lead the crew around them when required.

Key responsibilities

• Residential re-roofs and new roofs
• Commercial roofing and wall cladding
• Flashings and detailed roofing work
• Running smaller jobs and organising the crew when required
• Working alongside management to keep jobs moving
• Maintaining HighFly's workmanship and safety standards

About you
